My name is Cherish Hoy, and I am the owner of Little Bay Aquatics. I have been working in the aquatics industry for 14 years. In that time I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of students and aquatic professionals in all types of settings.
I am native to Northcentral Wisconsin, but have spent the last few years living in Michigan's beautiful upper peninsula. My family enjoys spending our free time outside by the water whenever possible.
I started Little Bay Aquatics to share my love of swimming and passion for water safety education with communities across Wisconsin and Michigan.

14 Years of Memories
Over the past 14 years working in aquatics I have been so blessed. I've had the opportunity to work with hundreds of amazing students and aquatic professionals. They have all taught me so much, and truly made me into the professional I am today.
From waterparks to lake fronts, to lap pools and swim lessons, and everywhere in between. I've learned so much about pool operations, water safety, lifeguarding, principles of hydrodynamics, survival swimming and more!
