Reminders:
If you or your child will be missing a lesson, please inform the instructor via text or phone call at least 4 hours in advance.
Lessons will take place at the Super 8 located at 2415 N Lincoln Rd. Escanaba, MI
When you arrive, please inform the front desk that you are there for private lessons. You will NOT be charged the hotel’s pool day pass fee. This fee is included in your tuition.
Parents are responsible for their students before and after lessons. Students should not enter the water until the start of their lesson. Students can continue to use the pool after their lesson at the parent’s discretion. The instructor is not responsible for students outside of lesson time.
Students will need a swimsuit and towel. Goggles are optional. Goggles with nose coverings are not allowed.
The pool area can get a little chilly during winter months. It is recommended (but not required) that students, especially those under 5, wear a rashguard, swimshirt or wet suit to help them stay warm during lessons.
To limit distractions during lessons, please encourage young children to use the bathroom prior to the beginning of their lesson. Students who are not yet potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper.
Students with long hair are required to tie their hair back.
If there are any medical or behavior concerns, please communicate them with your instructor so we can keep all swimmers safe and engaged during class.
Remember, everyone develops swimming skills at different rates. Celebrate all accomplishments, no matter how small!
